Day 01 -
Arrive Delhi
Get a traditional warm welcome on your arrival from the travel manager of
Rajasthan A to Z. You will be accompanied by your travel guide from airport
to the pre-booked hotel.
India's capital Delhi will present you a fine synthesis of the traditional
and contemporary cultural heritages of India. The legacy of the former
dynasties, British Raj can be seen here in its several historical residues.
So wherever we take you, whichever place you visit you will enjoy a fine
historical journey.
Day 02 -
Delhi - Mandawa
After breakfast, your guide takes you out to enjoy a half day tour of Delhi
which includes historical places like Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in
India, built by Shah Jahan in 1844, India Gate , Chandni Chowk and Rajghat.
In the afternoon we proceed for Mandawa. After reaching there you check in
at hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03 -
Mandawa - Bikaner
Have a quick breakfast and get ready as your travel guide is already there
to take you to visit Mandawa, which comes into Shekawati region. Its 18th
century's painted havelis are the major tourist attraction of this area. We
tour Mandawa, Fatehpur, Nawalgarh which are the main towns of tourist
interest. Post lunch we leave for Bikaner. Nightlong stay at hotel.
Day 04 -
Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Wake up, wash and the breakfast is served. You travel manager will take you
on a city tour of Bikaner We will take you to Junagarh Fort, constructed
between 1588 and 1593. With 986m long wall with 37 bastions, two entrances
and a Camel Breeding Farm, this fort will surely surprise you. Afternoon we
will leave for Jaisalmer where you will enjoy a hot dinner and an overnight
stay.
Day 05 -
Jaisalmer
On the next morning after you have had your breakfast, the travel assistant
takes you to visit Jaisalmer Fort which was built by Rawal Jaisal. It houses
12th to 15th centuries Jain temples, Patwon Ki Haveli which is a five storey
mansion adorned with carved pillars & frescos of Salim Singh. Then you
will visit Gadsisar, which once was the main source of water for this city.
Post lunch you will enjoy an excursion to the Sam sand dune, which is 45 Km
away from the main city centre. Get the feeling of the wasteland by enjoying
evening camel safari. Return to Jaisalmer for an overnight stay.
Day
06 -
Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After a healthy breakfast, your travel guide will take you on the voyage of
Jodhpur. On arrival you will check in your hotel. In the second half of the
day your travel manager will accompany you to a city tour. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 07 -
Jodhpur - Mount Abu
Get up and be ready for another exquisite experience. Today you will visit
Mount Abu with your travel manager. Arrive and check in at hotel. Later your
travel manager will accompany you on a city tour of this only hill station
of Rajasthan. Your city tour will take you to Dilwara Jain temple. You can
find the finest examples of Jain architectural brilliance at Dilwara Jain
temple. This main attraction of Mount Abu includes two temples with
exquisite marble carvings. The older of these two temples is the Vimal
Visahi dedicated to the first tirthankar, Adinath. Later one is Tejpal
temple. It is dedicated to the 22nd tirthankar, Neminath. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 08 -
Mount Abu - Ranakpur - Udaipur
After breakfast your travel manager will takes you to Udaipur. You will
also visit Jain temples at Ranakpur en route. These clusters of temples are
ornately carved in white marble, were built in 1460. The main temple is held
on 1,444 pillars. Overnight stay at Udaipur hotel.
Day 09 -
Udaipur
Just after your breakfast, you will enjoy perhaps the most romantic city of
Rajasthan. Your tour manager will take you to the largest palace complex in
Rajasthan i.e. City Palace. Jagdish temple, a fine Indo Aryan temple built
in 1651; Sahelion ki Bari, which is a small garden with fountains, kiosks;
marble elephants and lotus pool, are the very main attractions of this
Palace. You will love the romantic boat ride on the Lake Pichola, in the
evening. Nightlong stay at hotel.
Day 10 -
Udaipur - Chittaurgarh -
Pushkar
After breakfast visiting Chittaurgarh en rout, we head for Pushkar. The
mighty Chittaurgarh palace personifies the romantic ideal of the Rajput
chivalry. Whenever outsiders tried to invade this fort, each time this fort
saw "Jauhar", women and children immolated themselves on a huge
funeral pyre to avoid disgrace. After visiting this place we will continue
our drive to Pushkar and enjoyed overnight stay at hotel.
Day 11 -
Pushkar - Jaipur

Pushkar
is an important pilgrimage for the Hindus. It is also famous for its camel
fair in October/November. After visiting the whole city post lunch we head
for Jaipur. Overnight stay at Jaipur hotel.
Day 12 -
Jaipur
Our morning breakfast is followed by an excursion to Amber Fort. Enjoy an
elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the Amber fort
entrance, which is just 11 kms from Jaipur and is an excellent instance of
Rajput architecture. We will see Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum, Jantar
Mantar etc. Afternoon will be free for individual activities like shopping,
enjoying city life etc. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 13 -
Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Enjoy a nutritious breakfast at the hotel and be ready for the tour. The
traveller coach is waiting outside to take you to the much famous Agra. On
the way you will be taken to the Mughal City of Fatehpur Sikri, which was
built by Emperor Akbar in 1569. You will be amazed to see that how Jama
Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces are still
conserved in their original splendor. After seeing these graceful monuments
your journey to Agra will be continued. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 14 -
Agra
Finish your breakfast and be ready quickly because today is the day when
you will behold the most beautiful thing on this planet- the divine Taj
Mahal. But before that you will be taken to a city tour of Agra where you
will enjoy Red Fort, built by Emperor Akbar in 1565. It includes the hall of
public and private audiences amongst many other beautiful structues;
Itmad-ud-daulah, constructed by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. After that
you will head for much awaited Taj Mahal, constructed by Shah Jahan in
memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, in 1631. Afternoon is free for
individual; activities. At night you will be welcomed with the steamy
traditional ethnic dinner at your hotel where you will stay for the night.
Day 15 -
Agra - Delhi
You will return to Delhi and visit the rest of the Delhi's historical
places, which include Humayuns Tomb, Qutab Minar, President House, Connaught
Place, Lotus Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple etc.
Day 16 -
Depart Delhi
Our travel manager will escort you to the airport where you will board the
flight for onward destination.
